We were four people with luggage, so a normal taxi would have been tight. This was much easier. The driver helped load the bags, and we had enough space to sit comfortably.

Our flight into BER was delayed, and I thought the pickup might become a problem. The driver messaged after landing, told us where to meet, and waited while our bags came out. After a long flight, it was a relief not to figure out taxis.

We had a tired child, a buggy and too many bags. The van was already waiting, the child seat was in place, and nobody rushed us while we got settled. Small things, but after a flight they matter.
