AMS-MT GmbH (“MPV Berlin”) is a
direct provider of passenger transport services
with its own fleet and employed drivers.
All transport services are provided directly by us, without intermediaries.
We operate exclusively multi-purpose vehicles (MPVs / people carriers).
No other vehicle categories are offered within our service.
Main areas of operation:
- Transfers to and from Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER)
- City transfers within Berlin and the surrounding area
- Intercity journeys within Germany
- International journeys within Europe
- Business transfers, group transfers and VIP services
Professional and legal framework
Our passenger transport services are provided in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions,
in particular the German Passenger Transport Act (Personenbeförderungsgesetz – PBefG)
and the related regulations.
The licence required under the PBefG is issued by the competent licensing authority in Berlin;
the licence number will be added once available.
Responsibility for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7(1) TMG
(German Telemedia Act) and general legislation. However, pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 TMG we are not obliged
to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating
unlawful activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general legislation remain unaffected.
Liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the time of gaining knowledge of a specific
legal infringement. If we become aware of any such infringements, we will remove the content concerned
without delay.
